How much does it cost to rent a sound system in Ibiza? (2026 guide)

The most common question we get, and the one almost nobody in this business answers in public. So here it is: real numbers, from our actual price list, for what sound costs on Ibiza in 2026.

The short answer

A small villa party can be properly covered from around 250 euro a night. A mid-size event with a DJ booth and a real PA sits between 500 and 900 euro. Big productions are quoted individually, because at that size the answer depends on the venue more than the guest list.

Every price below is per 24 hours and includes free delivery anywhere on Ibiza. They are all published on our site, so you can check them any day without asking.

DJ equipment, per 24 hours

• Allen & Heath Xone:92 mixer: 80 euro
• Pioneer CDJ-3000 player: 100 euro each
• Pioneer DJM-V10 mixer: 150 euro
• Varia Instruments RDM40 rotary mixer: 200 euro
• Full booth, two CDJ-3000 plus Xone:92: 300 euro
• Full booth, two CDJ-3000 plus DJM-V10: 350 euro
• Vinyl booth, two Technics 1210 M5G plus DJM-V10: 310 euro

Sound systems, per 24 hours

• Two RCF TT25-A II tops: 250 euro, right for up to roughly 80 guests
• Martin Audio Blackline F10 with S12 sub: 250 euro
• RCF TTS36-A sub plus two TT25-A II: 500 euro, a proper dancefloor for 150 or more
• Dynacord PowerMax 5 full system: 400 euro

Lighting

LED PAR 64 units start at 30 euro each. A handful of them, placed well, changes a terrace completely. Full lighting design with moving heads and control is quoted per event.

What moves the price up or down

• Guest count and dancefloor size decide how much system you need, see our guide on speakers per guest count
• Outdoor venues need more headroom than indoor ones, wind eats sound
• Multiple days cost less per day, ask for the multi-day rate
• An engineer on site for the whole event is extra and worth every cent for weddings and corporate shows

Delivery anywhere on Ibiza is free, setup help is included, and everything arrives tested with spare cables. Formentera and Mallorca are arranged case by case.
